The gentleman at reception was very helpful with a problem we had with our return booking for the flight home. We were very grateful for the help he gave us.
Top Tip
During the festival, book tickets online from the hotel. You can collect from the ticket office and save yourself a lot of queueing.

The rooms facing onto Princess Street need double glazing windows / noise reduction due to the noise coming from that street up until around 5am every night i stayed. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel if you are a light sleeper. I will next time. Otherwise a very good, clean and well located hotel

room was recently refurbished but bathroom sink leaked as of cracks in it and toilet did not flush properly. Hardly £170.00 per night material, felt ripped off.

Very central but extremely dated. Bathroom was not as clean as I would expect and not impressed with the very cheap toilet paper.
Window wouldn't shut at the top as very old wooden sash and therefore noisy outside
