We had a large very clean room (303). Good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. For us the breakfast was included in the price of room and was ok. But at £6 for porridge, for example, I would look elsewhere for breakfast, if you have room only accomodation. No more than a 15 Minute walk from 90% of the City's attractions.

Top Tip:
Found Edinburgh as expensive as London. For Lunch try the Last Drop PH at the Grassmarket. Reasonable prices for an Edinburgh touristy Pub.
