The hotel is situated in an enviable location on the Royal Mile, surrounded by restaurants and bars. Just a few minutes walk from Princes Street. The Bank hotel is one of only a handful of hotels which are located right on the royal mile.

Bank Hotel Description

This hotel was originally built as a bank in 1923, and was refurbished and opened as a hotel in 1998. The façade of the hotel creates a very imposing landmark on the Royal Mile. Entrance to the hotel is through Logie Bairds Bar, and the reception can be found in the Bank Manager's office at the rear of the bar. There are nine bedrooms in the hotel, each one named after a famous Scot, and all uniquely furnished. The hotel bar, Logie Bairds is a favourite with guests and locals alike.
